How does the color coding work?

The color coding is designed to help you quickly identify which lockers require action in the dashboard.

  • RED: The next action is performed by the dealer (employee)
  • GREEN: The next action is performed by the customer (member)
  • No color coding: the locker is reset and ready for use

If you click on the color coding in the 1st column of the corresponding locker, you will get an overview of the current status (visualized with the thick outline of the circle), as well as the next steps. This is explained in the following examples.

Drop-off with appointment

Once the dealer has created the customer order, it´marked GREEN.

Green means that the next action should be done by the customer. If you click on the green color coding, you will see more details about this under "Exchange method: drop-off".

In this example, the thick bordered green circle visualizes the current status. The next step is that the member (customer) is expected to hand over the key. Once the key has been handed over, the color coding changes to red and the key is expected to be collected by the employee (dealer). Afterwards, the locker is reset and ready for use (no more color coding).

Pick-up customer key from the station
Once the customer has dropped-off the key in the locker, it turns RED.

Red means that the next action should be done by the dealer. If you click on the red color coding, you will see more details on this under "Exchange method: drop-off".

In this example, the thick bordered red circle visualizes the current status. As a next step, the key collection by the employee (dealer) is expected. Afterwards the locker is reset and ready for use (no more color coding).

Pick-up with appointment

Red means that the next action should be done by the dealer. If you click on the red color coding, you'll find more details under "exchange method: pick-up".

In this example, the thick bordered red circle visualizes the current status. The next step is the key delivery by the employee (dealer). Once this has taken place, the color coding changes to green and the key pick-up by the member (customer) is expected. Afterwards, the locker is reset and ready for use (no more color coding).
