How do I manage our Service Station?

The Sharebox Service Station is a secure 24/7 service station that allows keys to be exchanged between dealers and end customers without physical contact.

This is made possible through mobile-steered cabinets that are also integrated with payment solutions.

The Sharebox Service Station is certified according to EN 1143-1 and insurance approved.

The Sharebox Service Station is the centerpiece. Here, keys can be exchanged between dealer and customer around the clock in one of the 18 lockers.

The Sharebox adminweb is the interface for the dealer. From here, the dealer can steer all the key functions, as e.g. the preparation of key drop-off or pick-up of the customer car, messages to customers, the payment of invoices etc.

The smartphone is the interface for the customer. When dropping off or picking up keys with an appointment, the customer is given access to the locker at the Service Station. This works via link that the customer receives either by text message or e-mail (for drop-offs without an appointment, the customer receives access directly via the touch screen of the Service Station).

If desired, the invoice can be directly paid with the Sharebox Service Station after service. The Service Station has integrations with Klarna, Nets and PayPal. The chosen payment solution depends on the market. After payment, the customer receives access to the locker and the dealer receives payment for granted.

Check in (Key drop-off) with the Sharebox Service Station

Customers drop off the car and deposit the key securely in the Sharebox Service Station without entering your premises. The procedure is that you reserve a locker in advance in the adminweb, add the customer's cell phone number and the customer then receives an SMS with an access link to the locker (alternative access via link in e-mail).

If you offer your customer Drop In (drop-off) without appointment, the customer will get access to the locker of the Service Station by entering the vehicle’s license plate and mobile number directly at the touch screen.

Check out (Key pick-up) with the Sharebox Service Station

Customers can pick up the car without entering your premises. The procedure is that you reserve a locker in advance and deposit the customer's key in it, add the customer's cell phone number to the locker and then the customer receives an SMS with an access link to the locker (alternative access via link in email).

Customer payment with the Sharebox Service Station

When you register a customer for check out (post-service pickup), you can add Klarna, Nets (Vipps) or PayPal as a mobile payment method. Reserve a locker, add the customer's mobile number, select the payment method, enter the amount and a payment reference number, and optionally upload a PDF of the invoice. The customer will receive an SMS with a payment link.

When the customer has paid, the locker automatically opens, and the car key can thus be removed. You therefore receive a guaranteed payment before the customer picks up the car.
