You can see from the red color code as a conformation that the customer has deposited the key in the locker and is now awaiting collection by the employee.
Click on the locker (line on the adminweb dashboard or the listing in the Sharebox app) from which you would like to pick-up the customer key.
Click on "open locker".
- Please enter all required information.
- Press "Confirm" to open the locker at the Service Station and pick up the key.
- Once you have picked up the key from the Service Station, the corresponding locker is completely reset in the Webadmin and ready for use again. This only if you have the auto-reset function installed. Manual reset to be done elsewise.
