The Sharebox dashboard is the starting point for all functions controlled via the Webadmin.
The dashboard provides an overview of the individual locker reservations. From here, for example, lockers can be reserved for key exchange when dropping off or picking up the customer's car, existing bookings can be edited, or customers can be found using the search function in the XXX Dealer Management System (DMS).
- To get to the dashboard, go to: https://login.sharebox.no/login
- Enter your email address and password and press "log in".
- If your last login was more than 12 hours ago, the 2-factor authentication is required and the special screen will appear (otherwise you will get directly to the Sharebox dashboard).
- Select the correct country code and enter your mobile number.
- Press „Send code“
- Enter the code received in the SMS and press "confirm code".

- Column 1: The color coding shows you at a glance the status of the locker and whether the employee or the customer should take the next action.
- Column 2: In this column you will have the possibility to reset the locker. This deletes all information that has been assigned to the locker and it is ready for use again.
- Column 3:
This icon means adding a new member. Member = customer. No member has been added to this locker yet.
This icon means editing an existing member. Member = Customer.
If there is no icon on a booked locker, this means that more than one member has already been added to the locker. - Column 4: Here you can see the exchange method, whether it is a check in (key drop-off) or check out (pick-up).
- Column 5: Registration number of the car
- Column 6: Location where the Service Station are installed.

- Column 8: Station/ Locker number describes the serial number of the service station and the number of the locker of the given Service Station.

- At the top left, you have the option of searching directly for the customer's registration number in the "Search query" field.
