How do I operate the Sharebox Service Station?

The Sharebox Service Station is a secure 24/7 self-service kiosk, allowing the contactless exchange of keys between customers and car dealerships or car rentals.

This is made possible through online self-service kiosks integrated with payment solutions (option).

The Sharebox s-series kiosk is certified in accordance with EN 1143-1 and insurance-approved.

The Sharebox s-series kiosk is essential for the 24/7 key exchange between customer and car dealer, with up to 32 lockers capacity.

Sharebox Adminweb is the online interface for the car dealerhip. All the key functions, as e.g. the preparation of key drop-off or pick-up of the customer car, messages to customers, the payment of invoices etc can be handled from here.

The smartphone is the interface for the customer. When dropping off or picking up keys with an appointment, the customer is given access to the locker at the Service Station. This works via a weblink that the customer receives either by SMS text message or e-mail.
(For drop-offs without an appointment, the customer receives access directly via the touch screen on the Service Station).

If desired, after service complete, the invoice can be directly paid with the Sharebox. The Service Station has integrations with Klarna, Nets and PayPal. Relevant payment solution depends on the local country market. After payment, the customer receives access to the key in the locker.
