How customers self-serve check ins?

The Service Station have an optional Drop In function that allows customers to do check in without appointment.

CUSTOMERPERSPECTIVE

The customer goes to the service station and selects "Vehicle drop-off" on the screen. The customer uses the keyboard on the screen and enters his email address and / or switches to mobile number with the “Next” button and enters this as well.

 

DEALER'S PERSPECTIVE

When the customer has opened the locker and deposited the key, the color code on the dashboard changes to red and "Dropin" will be listed. Optional you could receive a notification in your inbox for the Drop In.
