How can I use the event list in adminweb?

In the first field "Search query" on the top left in adminweb, you can enter what you want to search for: e.g. vehicle registration number, exchange method, event type, owner or trigger.

  • Start from the adminweb Sharebox dashboard.
  • Click on "Events" at the top left of the page.
  • You can filter by a specific date range by specifying dates in the "Filter by date range" field. 
  • In the list displayed, you can view/track all activities for the lockers 
    • Date = Date of the action
    • Event type = Describes the events
    • Registration number = Registration number of the car
    • Owner =  Owner is the account you are associated with 
    • Trigger = Who performed the action.
    • Location = Location where the Service Station is installed. 
    • Station-/ Locker number = This is the serial number for the Service Station and the locker number. 
  • Event types examples: 
    • Support: the locker was opened by the support
    • Automatic reset: the reservation was automatically reset
    • Content handed over by recipient: You can see who handed over the customer key
    • Content picked up by recipient: You can see who picked up the customer key.
    • Content picked up by employee: You can see who picked up the customer key.
