How can I use the event list in adminweb?
In the first field "Search query" on the top left in adminweb, you can enter what you want to search for: e.g. vehicle registration number, exchange method, event type, owner or trigger.
- Start from the adminweb Sharebox dashboard.
- Click on "Events" at the top left of the page.
- You can filter by a specific date range by specifying dates in the "Filter by date range" field.
- In the list displayed, you can view/track all activities for the lockers
- Date = Date of the action
- Event type = Describes the events
- Registration number = Registration number of the car
- Owner = Owner is the account you are associated with
- Trigger = Who performed the action.
- Location = Location where the Service Station is installed.
- Station-/ Locker number = This is the serial number for the Service Station and the locker number.
- Event types examples:
- Support: the locker was opened by the support
- Automatic reset: the reservation was automatically reset
- Content handed over by recipient: You can see who handed over the customer key
- Content picked up by recipient: You can see who picked up the customer key.
- Content picked up by employee: You can see who picked up the customer key.
